Thousands of people are, and many are angry about it. But before you rush to judgement, it might not be as bad as it seems. Conisder the case of Diane Barrette, a 56-year-old woman from Winter Haven, Fla. Her story was featured in this CBS News report and endlessly echoed on the Internet. She was upset because Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida was canceling her $54-a-month “GoBlue plan 91” and offering to replace it with a $591-a-month “Blue Options Essential plan.” Sounds terrible—except that Barrette’s expiring policy is a textbook example of a junk plan that isn’t real health insurance at all. On February 25, 2010 our president will be in a meeting with officials from both parties, discussing a health bill that the U.S.A. does not want. The president will be at this meeting from 10a.m. till 4p.m. The U.S.A. is in a recession with high unemployment. We have troops all over the world. We are in two wars. Our government wants to talk health bill. Why? The proposed government health bill does nothing for prescriptions. So what is it they will be talking about? Our government is involved in almost every facet of our life. They are involved in most business except our health and now want the ability to dictate what care we may get. What does health care have to do with our government? Nothing! If our citizens want health care then let them decide in a free market what to get.

While it is true that a lot of presidents spoke at separate schools and school rooms , this is the first time that a president will speak to all the schools at the same time. As it is no surprise that I am not an Obama supporter by the same token I think or I believe that we should support president Obama and not shut him out from speaking to our school age children. After all present Obama is our president he is the President of the United States. I like every American, does not want anything to happen to this president. I like every American wishes of this president the best. I like every American recognizes something were to happen to this president all hell would break loose in our society. I keep hearing members of the media saying: "President Obama said that if the economic stimulus bill was passed, unemployment would not go over 8%." As a matter of fact, I heard Sen. "Waterloo" say that TODAY on a Sunday morning show, unchallenged by either the host or the person sitting next to him. There is one small problem with this statement . . . it is simply NOT TRUE. When are we going to stand up!

In order to get this so-called "Health Care Reform" accepted by bobbleheads, this administration has just lied and so have the incompetent media. The major causes for high health care/insurance costs are twofold: 1. Treating illegal aliens free because they have no coverage and no money and then having them turn around and sue hoping for that big payday in the sky 2. The ridiculous law suits that are no-win for health care workers. Aliens and ambulance chasing lawyers were bankrupting hospitals, especially in the border states, for the last several years. However, if you read the bill before the House now, it says right in the summary that the national health care plan will cover ALL RESIDENTS of the United States. RESIDENTS, not citizens. That means that the money YOU spend, the money YOU pay is going to pay for some illegal person to have health care at your expense, just so Pelosi and Obama can get the latino votes.
