Prior to any crisis, the whole world was reporting skyrocketing real estate and stock market prices. The whole world is now experiencing the implosion of an economic bubble. All forms of governments are affected by a financial crisis. Included are communist countries like Russia, European socialist democracies and capitalistic U.S.A. Bush cannot possibly be responsible for a worldwide crisis.
