Prosecutor: Judge's opinion about fraud statute no cause for Masilotti early release

Imprisoned former Palm Beach County Commissioner Tony Masilotti shouldn't be released early simply because the federal judge that sentenced him believes the law that put him behind bars is unconstitutional, a federal prosecutor argued in court papers filed this week.
