News from The Associated Press: "Jurors in the trial of a former Rutgers University student accused of using a webcam to spy on his roommate's intimate encounter with another man might get to hear from the other man.

The man, identified only by the initials M.B., has been mentioned often in the first three days of testimony.

But little is known about him. He could be called to testify as early as Thursday.

Other witnesses have described him as a "sketchy" man around 30 years old. His lawyer worked to keep his name from being made public.

Dharun Ravi (dah-ROON' RAH'-vee) is charged with invasion of privacy, bias intimidation and other crimes. His lawyer has said he's innocent.

His roommate, Tyler Clementi, committed suicide in September 2010, days after the intimate encounter."
